I conducted both secondary and competitive research on various cleaning service websites in Germany. I found that many of them prioritized functionality but lacked the visual appeal needed to engage users. With this insight, I decided to create a balance by designing a website that not only offers seamless functionality but also incorporates appealing aesthetics. This approach ensured a user-friendly platform that is both visually engaging and easy to navigate, making the overall experience more inviting for potential customers.
