I conducted both secondary and competitive research on global AI therapy platforms. I set out to design a platform that strikes a thoughtful balance between seamless functionality, a calming visual aesthetic, and a distinct brand identity that users could connect with emotionally.

To ensure the platform truly met user needs, I conducted A/B testing on different interface layouts and onboarding flows. The results showed a clear preference for the simplified design, which increased user engagement and task completion rates. Feedback from usability testing confirmed that users found the experience intuitive and supportive. The clean, accessible design not only made mental health support more approachable but also encouraged regular interaction with the AI chatbot—validating the core design decisions.
