Research Process

How did I uncover insights?
I dove into reputable financial studies, combed through articles, and explored finance communities online to understand the struggles people face every day. What I found was:
-
Difficulty tracking expenses
-
Lack of saving strategies
-
Overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to start

What stood out to me?
Many people know they need to save but struggle to find tools that are simple, effective, and tailored to their unique situations.

After thought
For future improvement, I have a couple of suggestions:
-
Group Saving Feature: Allow users to create group savings goals where multiple people can contribute towards a common financial target. This would be perfect for families or friends saving together for events like trips or group investments.
-
Automated Saving Rounds: Introduce an automated "round-up" feature, where small amounts of money are rounded up from everyday purchases and automatically added to the user's savings. This will help users passively grow their savings without even noticing.
-
Savings Challenges: Add fun savings challenges to motivate users. For example, weekly or monthly challenges encouraging users to save a specific amount could be gamified with rewards, making the experience more engaging.
